Chris Elmore MP has visited Nodor International Ltd on Bridgend Industrial Estate to meet the team behind one of the Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency’s longest-established and most successful global businesses.
During the visit on Friday 21st August, Chris met Managing Director Vince Bluck and Jo Beazer, toured the company’s facilities and spoke with members of the wider team about Nodor’s continued growth from its Bridgend headquarters.
Established more than 100 years ago, Nodor is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium darts equipment. The company owns the internationally recognised Winmau and Red Dragon brands, employs more than 1,000 people across three continents and exports to over 100 countries.
The visit also focused on Nodor’s ambitious plans following investment from leading international private equity firm Inflexion in December 2024. With its family-led management team remaining in place, the Bridgend-based company is building on its global success through further international expansion, innovation and an enhanced customer experience.

Nodor received a King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade in 2024, recognising the company’s outstanding success in overseas markets.
