Chris Elmore MP praised the ground-breaking work of Infinite Renewables following a visit to their headquarters at Bridgend Industrial Estate on Friday 24th April.
During the visit, Chris met with the company’s team and saw first-hand the scale and ambition behind their specialist wind turbine development. Since its founding in 2010, Infinite Renewables has established itself as a leader in delivering merchant wind power schemes for commercial clients across the UK. The company is now widely recognised for its expertise in mobile wind turbine technology—an increasingly vital solution as organisations look for flexible, low-carbon energy systems.
Infinite Renewables’ work extends far beyond Wales, with successful projects delivered across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Pacific Islands. Their achievements demonstrate how innovation from Wales can have a global impact.
Next month, the company will reach a significant milestone at the international SailGP event in Bermuda (9th–10th May). Infinite Renewables will deploy a temporary, containerised wind turbine—the first installation of its kind in Bermuda. The turbine will operate throughout the event, showcasing the potential of mobile renewable energy systems to support major international events and energy needs in remote locations.
