This week (20th – 26th October) marks British Beauty Week, a national celebration of the hair and beauty industry across the UK. The sector not only helps people look and feel their best but also supports local economies by creating jobs and training opportunities. The Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency is home to many fantastic beauty businesses that make a real contribution to the community.

To celebrate British Beauty Week, Chris Elmore MP visited Beth Daniel Hair Designers on Dunraven Place in Bridgend town centre to congratulate Beth and her team on their recent success. The salon was named ‘Hair Salon of the Year’ at the Welsh Independent Retail Awards, adding to its impressive list of achievements.
