Chris Elmore MP is inviting all schools in the Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency to take part in his annual Christmas card competition. This is a wonderful way for pupils to get creative, have fun and get their design featured on the front of Chris’s card for Christmas 2025.

This year’s theme is: “What Christmas means to you.” Children can create any design that shows what they love about Christmas — it could be family, friends, festive food, decorations, winter scenes, or anything else that makes the season special!

The winning design will appear on the front of Chris’s official Christmas card, which will be sent to local organisations, charities, and businesses across the constituency.

🏆 The winning child will receive a prize and every pupil who takes part will get a certificate to celebrate their creativity.

If you’re a parent: ask your child’s school to get involved!

If you’re a Head Teacher or teacher at a school in the Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency, please get in touch for more details on how to enter your school.

Entry Guidelines:

  • Keep it simple – sometimes less is more.

  • Fill the space with your design or character.

  • Use bright, cheerful colours; leave white only for snow.

  • Stick to the provided template size and portrait format.

  • Clearly mark your name and class.

  • Avoid glitter, very dark colours, or 3D elements — these cannot be printed.
