Chris Elmore MP is inviting children across Bridgend & Porthcawl to get creative and take part in his annual Christmas Card Competition.
Chris has written to local schools encouraging pupils to get involved, with the winning design set to feature on the front of his official Christmas card for 2026.
The card will be sent to local charities, community organisations and businesses across the Bridgend & Porthcawl constituency, showcasing the creativity of a talented young local artist!
Chris will also visit the winner to congratulate them personally and present a special certificate recognising their achievement.
Speaking about the competition, Chris said:
“I’m really looking forward to seeing all the wonderful Christmas card designs from children across Bridgend & Porthcawl!
“This is always a lovely opportunity to celebrate the creativity of our young people, and I’m delighted that the winning design will be shared with so many organisations and businesses across our community.
“I’d encourage parents and carers to ask their child’s school to get involved. I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!”
How to get involved:
Schools across the Bridgend & Porthcawl parliamentary constituency are encouraged to take part, and parents and carers can also contact Chris’s office to find out more about entering their children.
