Bridgend Ravens RFC are celebrating a major milestone as Electrify Cymru is confirmed as the new official sponsor of the iconic Brewery Field – now proudly renamed The Electric Brewery Field. The partnership is believed to be the first of its kind in Welsh rugby, marking an exciting new era for the club and the wider community.
Chris Elmore MP has congratulated Bridgend Ravens on securing this historic sponsorship deal and joined club representatives at The Electric Brewery Field on Friday 21st November to mark the beginning of the partnership ahead of their home match against Swansea. Chris is a long-standing supporter of local sport and enjoys a strong working relationship with Bridgend Ravens.
Chris joined Club Secretary Tony Williams, Mayor of Bridgend County Borough Cllr Huw David, and Council Leader Cllr John Spanswick to celebrate the announcement ahead of Bridgend’s hard-fought 29–29 draw with Swansea on Friday night.
Fresh stadium signage now showcases Electrify Cymru’s distinctive lightning-bolt branding, with further developments to follow as part of the partnership.
Chris Elmore MP said:
