Chris Elmore MP recently paid a visit to LTi-Vessco, a specialist pressure vessel manufacturer located on the Bridgend Industrial Estate, as part of his continued support for local businesses driving employment and economic growth in Bridgend and Porthcawl.

Founded in 2006 with just twelve employees, LTi-Vessco has grown into a thriving company with a skilled workforce of around 50. The company designs and manufactures a range of high-specification equipment—pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and tanks—serving industries including the civil nuclear sector. Their work supports major infrastructure projects across the UK, including the high-profile Hinkley Point C development, and their reputation for quality and reliability extends internationally.

Speaking during the visit, Chris Elmore MP said:

“LTi-Vessco is an excellent example of the high-quality manufacturing and engineering expertise based right here in Bridgend. The company’s growth over the years is testament to the talent and dedication of its workforce.

These are good, skilled jobs that support the local economy and offer opportunities for apprenticeships and career development. Supporting companies like LTi-Vessco is vital to ensuring our community thrives both now and in the future.”

LTi-Vessco is ideally located with excellent transport links to major ports, enabling them to serve both domestic and international clients while remaining proudly rooted in the Bridgend area. The company also places a strong focus on staff development, investing in training and apprenticeships to nurture the next generation of engineers and technicians.
